REVIEW: Breakfast at Sustain Farm Shop
I recently visited Sustain Farm Shop in Royal Wootton Bassett for breakfast, and it was one of the nicest breakfasts I’ve had in a while.
Their full English is a great example of quality over quantity, though you still get plenty! My plate came with two perfectly cooked eggs, a sausage, back bacon, black pudding, a golden hash brown, a pot of baked beans, two slices of toast with butter, and a grilled tomato. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, with that proper farm-shop quality you can’t fake.
My partner went for the breakfast sandwich, and it was equally impressive. Served in a soft roll, it was packed with egg, bacon, sausage, black pudding, and cheddar cheese, a hearty option that still managed to feel well-balanced rather than greasy. The ingredients tasted high-quality, and the roll held up beautifully without being heavy.
On top of the great food, Sustain also had a lovely selection of Christmas trees displayed out front, which added a festive touch to the visit and really boosted the cosy and seasonal atmosphere.
Overall, it’s an excellent spot for a relaxed breakfast, great produce, and generous portions. Highly recommended if you're in the area and want a proper, well-cooked start to the day. Visit Sustain Farm Shop here.
