Snapped: Tour de Swindon Grand Finale

On Sunday the 27th of July, Coate Water Swindon hosted the finale of Sustrans' 'Tour de Swindon'. With the sun shining, cyclists and families joined in celebrations to mark the end of it's hugely successful second year. TGtS went along to join in the fun...

Sunday's celebrations saw a face painter, craft activities, smoothie bike, free Dr Bike maintenance, bike security marking and an orienteering ride. There were free recycles bike vouchers, security marking vouchers and free secure cycle park vouchers up for grabs.

Sustrans works with families, communities, policy-makers and partner organisations so that people are able to choose healthier, cleaner and cheaper journeys, with better places and spaces to move through and live in.
