Holloway: We have to do better

Boss Ian Holloway insisted “we have to do better” after his Swindon Town team fell to a 2-1 defeat against Notts County.

Ollie Clarke’s strike put Town ahead at Meadow Lane, only for Alassana Jatta to level for the hosts before the interval.

And it was Notts County who found the winner through Matthew Dennis on 66 minutes.

Defeat left Swindon pondering a third straight loss in League Two, seeing them slip from second to seventh in the standings.

Holloway said: “That is three big games and we have lost all three of them, so it does not feel nice, as we have not done that for a year.

"We live to fight another day, we have 19 games to go, and we have to do better."

Next up for Town is a home clash with Barrow in League Two on Saturday (3pm).
