Working together key for Holloway as Town win again
Boss Ian Holloway insisted it was a joy to see his Swindon Town side work for each other and the badge, as they continued their winning run.
Town took to four wins in a row their current form after a 3-1 triumph at Barrow in League Two.
Aaron Drinan and Paul Glatzel (pictured) put the visitors two up at the break in the contest at Holker Street, before Princewill Ehibhatiomhan came off the bench to add a third 13 minutes from time.
Lewis Shipley pulled one back for Barrow but it was not to take the gloss off another impressive Town success.
Speaking post-match, Holloway said: “What I have got to do is try and harness everybody, and make sure that they are all pulling the same way.
"It is about learning your structure when things are going against you, and we are not good at that right now, we almost let them off the hook.
"It is all about understanding each other and working together.
"We need to be defensively tight enough, and Connor [Ripley] has had to make a world-class save.
"It takes everybody, and sometimes it will be ugly, but I will take that as long as they are working as hard for the badge as they are and for each other. That is a joy to see."
Town have now picked up 15 points from their opening seven league fixtures, sitting second in the standings behind leaders Gillingham.
"I am only looking at what we got wrong, and there was enough to sink a battle ship today, but the important things are going for us,” said Holloway.
Swindon Town will be looking to make it five wins in a row when they host Harrogate at the Nigel Eady County Ground on Saturday.
