Meet Phoebe, our Digital Marketing Executive and Account Manager, specialising in SEO, content marketing and AI search optimisation. With a strong background in digital marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO) and account management, she helps businesses improve their online visibility and attract more organic traffic.

After completing A-levels in Digital Marketing, Finance and Business Studies, Phoebe achieved a Distinction in her Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship. She combines technical SEO expertise with creative content strategies to help clients grow their online presence.

Phoebe leads all SEO activity across all Total Guide to locations, creating keyword-focused website content, optimising pages for search engines and producing thought leadership articles covering SEO, AI search, Google AI Overviews and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO). Her content helps businesses understand the latest digital marketing trends while improving their visibility in both traditional search results and AI-powered search platforms.

Outside of work, Phoebe is also a qualified beauty therapist with a passion for beauty, fitness, her two beautiful cats and supporting Arsenal FC.
