What will September bring for Wolf Pup Clothing?

September is upon us; summer holidays are over, and children are back to school. We’re in the final quarter of 2022 and talking to businesses about what September will bring for them.

Today we’re talking to Roxanne Muller who is the owner of Wolf Pup Clothing. They stock high quality, movie inspired character outfits in sizes 3 to 11 years.

What’s coming up for your business in September?
We have lots of fun offers and competitions taking place. Tag us in your social media posts showing our products and if you win, you can pick anything from the store.

It’s ‘back to school’ month – is this relevant to you personally or professionally?
This relevant to me on a personal level. My what once was a little monster is starting Year 8 and next year will be turning 13. So, I’ve been in the throws of sorting uniform, shoes and managing the stresses that come with her starting back at school.

World Gratitude Day takes place this month (Sept 21) – what are you grateful for at the moment?
I am grateful for my family. I am blessed to not only have an amazing family around me, but one that also keeps me honest and on track. I am also grateful for every laugh and hug that we share. It’s so important to stop and take stock of all the amazing people we have around us. It’s easy to get lost in a negative moment and to spiral.

Who are you grateful for at the moment?
My daughter, she is a bright star in my life. Forever cheering everyone on.
My husband, he is an amazing support structure. We have the best laughs together. A lovely 13 years together and many more, I hope.
My Wolf Pups, Bella and Red, again, they add so much love and happiness to every day.

What are your hopes for business for the rest of this year?
1. To have more children playing and having fun.
2. That the market calms down and we can all move forward together
3. That communities are enriched by their local businesses

We are dealing with a lot of messages around ‘bad’ news such as the rising cost of living, inflation rising and interest rates rising. How are you keeping positive – what tips can you share with others?
1. Take stock of what you can control and focus on that.
2. Take time every day to appreciate the positives/small things
3. Recognise success in yourself, speak to yourself with positive language

Have you got any events planned you’d like to shout about?
I’m attending Comic Con in October and hope to exbibit in early 2023.

Can you share something which inspires you to ‘keep going’?
Exercise and open water diving are my two go to things that keep me going.
