National Memorial Arboretum
A day trip to the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire, a 150-acre site dedicated to remembrance with national memorials and daily services.
The National Memorial Arboretum is a 150-acre landscape of trees and memorials dedicated to remembrance, set within the National Forest in Staffordshire. Established in 1997, it contains memorials of national significance, including the Armed Forces Memorial.
The visit is planned to arrive in time for the daily service starting at 10:50. The Land Train offers a 50-minute journey introducing many of the site’s memorials and views, including the Shot at Dawn Memorial, Polish Armed Forces Memorial and RAF Remembrance Garden.
