Remembrance Sunday service 2026: Swindon Borough Council
Join Swindon’s Remembrance Sunday service at the Cenotaph in Regent Circus on Sunday, 8 November 2026.
Swindon’s Remembrance Sunday service will take place at the Cenotaph in Regent Circus. The service will include the laying of wreaths and a two-minute silence. It will begin at 11.00am.

Trowbridge Service of Remembrance
Join Trowbridge’s Remembrance Sunday commemorations on Sunday 8 November 2026. The procession forms outside the Town Hall at 9.15am, followed by a service at St James’ Church at 9.45am. It then continues to the War Memorial in Trowbridge Park for wreath laying and a two-minute silence at 11am, honouring those who served and sacrificed.
Road closures apply along the procession route from 9.10am–11.45am. Seating inside the church is limited.

Royal Wootton Bassett - Armistice Day Service
Royal Wootton Bassett will come together for Remembrance Sunday on 8 November 2026 and Armistice Day on Wednesday 11 November 2026. The commemorations offer residents and visitors an opportunity to pay their respects and remember those who lost their lives in service.
