What advice would you give to other people training for a half marathon? 

Join a club, training is a lot easier with friends.

How many days a week do you train? 

2 nights spinning, 1 night running club, 1 night weight training and treadmill at home.

Do you run with any local running/fitness clubs? 

Slinn Allstars.

Where’s your favourite place to run in and around Swindon? 

Too much choice.

How will you celebrate completing the Swindon Half Marathon? 

Glass of wine or beer and a nice meal.
