NEW COLLEGE SWINDON ANNOUNCES 28 APPRENTICES IN 28 DAYS CAMPAIGN

Ahead of National Apprenticeship Week 2020 New College will be running an exciting campaign for employers – 28 Apprentices in 28 days!

Between Monday 13th January and Monday 10th February, the Apprenticeship team at New College are hoping to get 28 Apprenticeship vacancies identified with employers – and they are looking for employers to help make it happen!

Most employers will be aware of the benefits of employing an Apprentice, but one of the key selling points is the development of a well-trained, well-motivated workforce, as well as increased productivity and improved company performance with measurable impact. Many employers also feel that Apprenticeships are a great way to demonstrate a commitment to staff development.

Whether you have Apprentices through New College already, or if you’ve not worked with the College before and have been considering expanding your workforce, you’re invited to join in and help with the campaign.
