IT’S A SPORTY SUMMER FOR THE TEAM AT THE VIRTUAL BUSINESS CENTRE!
July has been bountiful with warm weather, making Wimbledon a glorious event, and with British Open Golf on the way, there’s certainly no doubt it’s a splendid summer in our country!
Today we speak with Claire Brewerton, who works for The Virtual Business Centre, which can be found here https://www.virtualbusinesscentre.com/. Claire and her team focus on telephone answering telemarketing and post-sales technical support. Claire gave us an update on how July is going for her and her team.
What are your plans for July in your business?
We attended the South West Business Expo last week at the STEAM in Swindon. I managed to connect with a lot of renowned companies and promoted The Virtual Business Centre. Win, win!
What are your personal plans for this month?
I had a significant birthday at the end of June - hopefully, by the time you read this, I will have completed Race For Life! I participated in the 5K race in Cheltenham and was a finisher too.

Do you like sport – and if so do any sporting tournaments or events stand out for you this month?
Yes - I enjoy watching Wimbledon. Personally, I practice Pilates and yoga, and have recently started jogging; It is certainly true to say I enjoy sports!
July 17 is World Emoji Day - this often trends on social media. What do you think of emojis? Do you use them?
I love emojis! Although apparently, according to the children, I am not always using the right ones!

Are you raising money for charity or volunteering this month in any way?
I completed the Cheltenham 5K Race for Life - I am delighted to say I have raised over £400 for cancer research with donations still pouring in!
