Business owner Rachel Terry takes the trophy for Best Customer Service
Local business owner Rachel Terry who runs the Citadel Hall, Chippenham beat tough competition to win the award for Customer Service in the recent 4th Chippenham Business Awards 2020.
Rachel has been running her venue hire business at The Citadel Hall for seven years and has worked tirelessly to ensure the town centre venue has become well known as a place for a range of business, community, family events and also community shows, classes and fairs.
“It was quite a shock to hear my name as an award winner. I’m grateful and humbled to have my work acknowledged.
“My business is very varied and I place a high importance on delivering a service tailored to meet the needs of every individual customer. I pride myself on ensuring my customers are satisfied with their experience every time. This is what good customer service means to me.
“It’s always lovely to have my work acknowledged by my customers and to have repeat business however this award and the judges’ validation is extra special. This award will take pride of place in my office next to my two customer service certificates.” said Rachel.
Winning the award was also special as the business awards event was the last one planned for the town as the Chippenham BID ends shortly. Those finalists and winners over the last four years have included micro businesses with just one person to international corporations employing hundreds.
