Blundson Community Shop & Cafe

There’s been a community shop in Blunsdon for almost twenty years, providing a hub for the local community.

After three years in the making, the shop is moving into a new building, gifted to the community by Hayfield Homes as part of their planning application.

You’ll find all your daily essentials in the shop, including fresh fruit and veg, cupboard staples, freezer favourites, and even freshly baked bread. There are also your typical corner shops items like newspapers, snacks, and cards for all occasions!

You can also find plastic-reducing environmental products, a variety of foods to suit different dietary requirements, and products made by local craftspeople. 

In the café you’ll find a wide variety of hot and cold drinks, cakes from local company Sister Bakes, paninis, and sausage rolls. 

The Blunsdon Community shop & cafe opening hours are:

• Weekdays: 8am – 5pm
• Saturday: 8am – 5 pm
• Sunday: 8am – 4pm

The café closes one hour before the shop.
