This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram, and Meta has no responsibility for it. By entering, you agree to release Facebook and Instagram from any liability.
 
2. Who Can Enter?
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over (unless stated otherwise).
You must have a valid Facebook or Instagram account.
 
3. How to Enter
How to enter will be explained clearly in the competition post.
This may include liking, commenting, following, or sharing — as stated.
No purchase necessary.
 
4. Competition Dates
Opening and closing dates will be shown in the competition post.
Entries after the closing time won’t be included.
 
5. The Prize
Prize details will be listed in the competition post.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
We may substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if needed.
 
6. Choosing and Contacting the Winner
Winners will be chosen fairly (either at random or as stated in the post).
Winners will be contacted via comment or direct message.
If we don’t hear back within 7 days, we may choose another winner.
 
7. Receiving the Prize
Prizes will be sent or arranged as soon as reasonably possible.
We’re not responsible for delays outside our control.
