Swindon Town among six clubs reportedly in for Yeovil's Otis Khan

Swindon are one of six clubs interested in Yeovil winger Otis Khan, Somerset Live report.

Wigan, Peterborough, Bradford and Bristol Rovers from League One are also reportedly keen, as are League Two leaders Luton Town.

Khan has scored six goals for the Glovers this season, who are struggling towards the bottom of the table.

An unnamed club have trigged the release clause in Khan's contract.

Yeovil manager Darren Way said: “We’ve taken a substantial offer on Otis Khan from another club and we cannot stand in his way because of clauses.

“Otis ultimately will have a decision to make and out of all the players, he’s worked extremely hard.

“I think he deserves to have the interest that he’s attracted and again that’s me doing my club for what I brought him to the football club to do.

“I’ve spoken with him and as you can imagine, he’s got such a focus, I don’t think he would ever want to miss out on that opportunity.

“In the meantime everyone will be doing their best to speak to Otis and ultimately he’ll make the final decision.

“There’s been interest in Omar. I’ve had dealings with his agent in perhaps not the way that I wanted it to be, so I’ll have to see how that develops.

“Ultimately the team is more important than any individual so I’ll have to deal with that.”

Khan only joined Yeovil in the summer of 2016 when he initially joined Huish Park on a one-year deal but signed a two-year extension to that deal in May of 2017.
