Former Town midfielder Ofoborh joins Barnet
Former Swindon Town midfielder Nnamdi Ofoborh has joined League Two rivals Barnet.
The 25-year-old, who joined Town in March 2024, made 48 appearances for the Robins in all competitions across a season and a half at the Nigel Eady County Ground.
He scored three goals for the club last season, with strikes coming in games against Crawley, Barrow and Fleetwood.
Ofoborh, who was previously at AFC Bournemouth and Rangers before joining the Robins, now joins Barnet after previously being offered new terms by Town.
Speaking to the Bees website, he said: “I had a long time out and thankfully to God I’m back playing, and every time I get the opportunity to do so, that’s all I want to do.
“I do whatever job needs to be done – if it’s defensive, or trying to get into the box – whatever works for the team I’m willing to do it.
“I think I’m really good technically, and (in) trying to control the tempo of a game. I also bring a leadership and communication aspect that is very vital and holds a lot of value, especially in stadiums and big matches.”
Ofoborh could come up against Town when Barnet visit the Nigel Eady County Ground on August 19.
