From October, families can pick their own pumpkins in a dedicated area of the farm, and the best Christmas trees in town are available from Late November!

Lotmead Farm is open daily throughout the summer during the PYO season from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

When does the PYO start at Lotmead Farm?

Lotmead Farm's PYO fields are open from late May until October. They offer eight different crops for picking, their most popular being tabletop strawberries, which are grown on raised platforms so that the strawberries are easy to pick. 

Does Lotmead grow anything other than strawberries for their PYO?

Yes, not only strawberries, you can pick raspberries, gooseberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, and redcurrants. They have vegetables (depending on the year), currently, broad beans, sweetcorn, and potatoes. For Halloween you can pick pumpkins.
