Search is on for Next Miss Swindon

The search has begun to find Miss Wiltshire and Miss Swindon 2014.

Event organisers are hoping to find someone to represent the county at the next stage of Miss England who has a passion for her community, is friendly, charitable and sporty, and has the drive to make a name for herself and the county. 

Auditions are set to take place on March 22nd and will be hosted by former Miss Swindon 2012/2013 Ela Good and a team of 4 other Wiltshire Beauty Queens, including the current Miss Swindon Jade Wickenden,

The final will be held at the De Vere Hotel in Swindon on April 27th. 

“We are looking for someone who is; beautiful, on the inside as well as the outside, has a passion for their town and community, is friendly, charitable, sporty and has the drive to make a name for herself and the county. We know what it takes to become the next Miss England and the winners will have our support and guidance throughout the stages, as well as help from our sponsors including a hair makeover by Future Lengths and personal training by Kiss Gyms, to ensure they get the best out of the competition.”

The winner of Miss Swindon will go through to the semi-finals in 2015 and Miss Wiltshire will get the chance to compete in this year’s Miss England finals. Current Miss England winner Kirsty Heslewood from Hertfordshire represented England in the Miss World finals 2013 and first prize included a luxury holiday to Mauritius courtesy of Mauritius Tourism Promotion. Since becoming Miss England, Kirsty has become a charity ambassador for Smira, a charity which highlights mutism which Kirsty suffered with as a child.
