New Brazilian Steakhouse Bravus Churrascaria Set to Open in Swindon

An all you can eat steakhouse will replace Carbonara on Westcott Place this summer.

Taking over the former Carbonara Italian restaurant site, Bravus will offer an all you can eat steakhouse experience where premium cuts of meat are grilled over an open flame by chefs trained in the traditional gaucho style.

Bravus brings traditional churrascaria-style dining to Wiltshire, where expertly grilled cuts of meat are served tableside by chefs trained in the gaucho method. The venue has undergone an impressive renovation in recent weeks, with new interiors, custom built furniture, a brand-new kitchen, and a fresh black exterior.

The Bravus team has been sharing progress updates across social media announcing that the “final touches are beginning to shine.” Although the official opening date in Swindon is yet to be confirmed, locals can expect to visit this summer.
