In our latest edition of Swindon Lives, we caught up with the real 'Eddie Mercury' - there were some tough questions, but he certainly didn't buckle 'Under Pressure'...

1. When did you move to Swindon?
Moved to Swindon in the 1990's… did a gig at The Furnace (tough crowd) and never left...

2. Where is your favourite place to eat in Swindon?
Favourite place to eat has to be Sally Pussey's Inn. Her carvery makes me go Ga Ga.

3. When was the last time you were recognised?
Was most recently recognised in the Brunel Centre. I think the moustache is a giveaway.

4. What is your favourite thing about Swindon?
My favourite thing about Swindon is of course all of the Fat Bottomed Girls.

5. What is the funniest thing you've seen/heard in Swindon? (Keep it clean!)
The funniest thing I've seen in Swindon is the A Kind of Magic Roundabout.

6. Describe yourself in three words....
Rock and Roll.

7. Have you got any nicknames?
Nicknames? None that are repeatable in print...

8. Who is your idol and why?
Idols? It's a three-way tie between Liza Minnelli, Elizabeth Taylor and Jan-Age Fjortoft...

9. What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given? 
Dress to kill, but do it tastefully.

10. What are you going to do after you have answered this question?
After I've answered this, I shall be enjoying my complimentary meal at Sally Pussey's!
