Snapped: Swindon Travel Choice's Wacky Commuter Race

On Tuesday morning, Swindon Travel Choices pitted man against machine, as a runner, a cyclist, a taxi, a bus and a car took part in an epic commuter race across Swindon during rush hour. The face-off began at Orbital Shopping Centre, where competitors eagerly awaited the wave of the chequered flag. Despite taking an early lead, the car was narrowly pipped to the post by the taxi driver, who after a photo finish beat the cyclist by less than a second.
