Bestselling author, speaker and coach Taz Thornton is guest speaker at Swindon virtual networking event

Inspirational speaker, coach and author Taz Thornton is the guest speaker at the February meeting of the Swindon & Cotswold Business Focus, a new virtual networking group.

Taz, who is known as a TEDx speaker and also author of the books ‘Unleash Your Awesome’ and ‘Whispers From The Earth’ will be sharing tips and hints about how to rock at life and stop hitting the snooze button.

Taz said: “My journey in life has been one of highs and the lows. From the outside I seemed to have made it with a dazzling business and corporate career but this was just what people saw on the outside.

“No one knew that I’d been through an abusive relationship resulting in me having to go into hiding or the illness I endured,surviving day-to-day on anti-depressants and walking on sticks. Those are often the experiences we try to bury deep hide or forget about – yet they really do have the power to turn our future endeavours into gold!”

The Swindon & Cotswolds Business Focus takes place on Tuesday February 9 online and the meeting costs £5 with a maximum 30 tickets available. At time of writing there were nine tickets left.
