Start-Up Business Owner Rebrands After Celebrating First Year In Business

Business owner Nicki Kinton, who started NK Credit Consultancy in 2017 has celebrated her first year in business by re-branding.

Her Swindon-based company is now called Confident Cashflow. 

Nicki said: “Talking with small business owners over the past year it became apparent there was little understanding of what credit management means however everybody understands cash flow and what it means for their business. 

“So I was working with my business coach and we looked at my personality, we looked at words that resonated with me and with what I’m trying to achieve with other businesses  - and the word ‘confident’ came up again and again.

“The crown image can mean different things to different people. For me it means ‘cash is king’ however others have seen it as being ‘prosperity’, ‘leadership’ or ‘authority’. Given that I’ve had 28 years’ experience supporting corporates with their credit function this fits with my vision too.”

Confident Cashflow offers a programme to bring structure to the ‘order to cash’ cycle within a small business. Nicki supports business owners with developing skills, creating processes, putting in place systems and documents that will help them work smarter around their cash flow. For micro-business owners she offers services including credit checks, reviewing and updating terms and conditions and outsourced credit control.
